The Ballroom
This elegant south facing room has three pairs of French doors opening onto a wide terrace. It lends itself to smaller weddings alongside the drawing room, or can be the ideal accompaniment to a larger wedding, focussed around a marquee.
For the wedding ceremony itself, the ballroom is licensed for around 60 seated guests – very comfortably, and will accommodate parties of up to 130 standing for drinks and canapés, or dancing.
If the weather is fine, these can be served on the terrace overlooking the gardens and ponds which provide an outstanding backdrop for photographs. There is room for about 60 guests if a sit-down banquet is required.
